This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the delivery of herbal products, including our signature Hair Oil and Capsules (collectively, "Products," "Goods," or "Items"), purchased through Improvedonline.com (referred to as the "Site," "Website," or "Platform"), operated by Improveda Hair and Body LLP ("We," "us," "Our," or the "Entity"), a limited liability partnership incorporated under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, with its registered office at B-106, Poonam Apartments, Dr. A.B. Road, Worli, Mumbai - 400018, Maharashtra, India. By placing an order on the Site, you ("you," "Customer," or "User") agree to be bound by this Policy in its entirety.
We aim to provide a seamless shipping experience while leveraging third-party logistics partners to deliver your Products efficiently.
1. General Shipping Information
a. Scope of Shipping Services
- We offer shipping services for Products purchased through the Site to addresses within India and, at our discretion, selected international destinations. Shipping is facilitated through third-party courier and logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, or others), whose performance is subject to their operational policies and capabilities.
- This Policy applies to all orders placed on the Site, whether by registered Users or guest Customers, and covers the dispatch, transit, and delivery of Products.
b. Order Processing
- In case other than Cash on Delivery, Orders are processed only after successful payment verification by our third-party payment gateways. Once payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order for dispatch from our warehouse.
- In case of Cash on Delivery, we process the orders after successful verification, and we reserve the right to cancel any such order at our sole discretion.
- Processing typically takes 2-3 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen disruptions). You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with your order details upon successful placement.
c. Shipping Availability
- We reserve the right to restrict shipping to certain regions, pin codes, or countries at our sole discretion due to logistical constraints, legal restrictions, or operational considerations. If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and cancel the order without further liability beyond such notification.
2. Shipping Timelines
a. Estimated Delivery Time

- Metro Cities (e.g., Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore): 5 to 7 business days from dispatch.
- Other Cities and Towns: 7 to 10 business days from dispatch.
- Remote or Rural Areas: 10 to 15 business days from dispatch, subject to courier availability.

International Orders: 15 to 30 business days from dispatch, depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.
- These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and commence from the date of dispatch, not order placement. Business days exclude weekends, national holidays, and regional holidays observed by us or our logistics partners.
b. Dispatch Confirmation
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS containing the tracking number (if available) and the name of the courier service. You can use this information to monitor your shipment’s progress directly with the courier.
c. Delays Beyond Our Control
- Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by you.
- Delays by third-party couriers (e.g., operational backlogs, route disruptions).
- Force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government restrictions).
- Customs processing or import regulations for international shipments.
- We are not liable for any delays, losses, or inconveniences caused by such factors, and no compensation will be provided beyond rescheduling delivery where feasible.
3. Shipping Charges
a. Cost Structure
- Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, dimensions, destination pin code, and courier rates. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

- Free shipping may be offered on orders above Rs. 500, subject to promotional terms.
- Standard shipping fees apply to orders below this threshold as specified at checkout.

International Orders: Shipping fees vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply, payable by you directly to the relevant authorities.
b. Modifications to Charges
- We reserve the right to modify shipping charges at any time without prior notice. However, the charges displayed at the time of order confirmation will apply to that specific transaction unless an error is detected, in which case we may cancel the order and notify you, without any admission of liability.
c. Non-Inclusive Costs
- Shipping charges do not cover additional fees imposed by third parties (e.g., customs duties, local taxes), which are your sole responsibility.
4. Shipping Process and Conditions
a. Address Accuracy
- You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address, including pin code, landmark (if applicable), and contact number. We are not liable for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or insufficient address details.

b. Delivery Attempts
- Our logistics partners will attempt delivery, only 2 times or lesser period as depending on the courier. You or an authorized recipient must be available to receive the shipment.
- If all attempts fail, the package may be returned to us as undeliverable. In such cases, you may request redelivery by paying additional shipping charges, or the order may be deemed abandoned, with no further obligation on our part.
c. Risk and Title Transfer
- Risk of loss, damage, or theft and title to the Products pass to you upon handover to the courier at our warehouse. We are not responsible for any issues occurring during transit, though we may assist in coordinating with the courier at our discretion.
d. Inspection Upon Delivery

You must inspect the package upon receipt for visible damage, tampering, or discrepancies (e.g., wrong item). Any issues must be reported to us within 2 days of delivery at hairnbodyllp@gmail.com with evidence which should include minimum 5 clear photos (damaged part, front, back, barcode, outer box) and one video of such damage package/product.
5. Damaged or Defective Shipments
a. Replacement for Damaged/Defective Products
- If a Product is delivered damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong item), you must notify us within 2 days of receipt with proof of the issue (e.g., photos, order ID).
- Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion and subject to stock availability, dispatch a replacement Product. Replacement shipping costs will be borne by us only if the damage or defect is attributable to our error (e.g., packaging fault); otherwise, you are responsible for return and redelivery charges as well as the new package.
- No monetary compensation or alternative remedies will be provided under any circumstances.
b. Non-Qualifying Issues
- We do not accept claims for replacements based on natural variations in herbal Products (e.g., color, texture), dissatisfaction with efficacy, or damage caused by your mishandling post-delivery.
- We do not accept claims for products damaged/degraded as a result of use, overuse, damaged original packaging including price tags, labels, tampered packaging; and products with altered serial numbers.
c. Lost Shipments
- If a shipment is lost in transit (confirmed by the courier), we will investigate and, at our discretion, dispatch a replacement subject to availability, provided you notify us within 3 days of the expected delivery date. We are not liable beyond this remedy.
6. International Shipping
a. Availability and Conditions
- International shipping is offered to select countries at our discretion. Availability and shipping charges will be indicated at checkout.
- You are responsible for complying with all import laws, regulations, and restrictions of the destination country. We are not liable for shipments delayed, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities.
b. Additional Costs
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country are your responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges. These must be paid directly to the relevant authorities or courier upon delivery.
c. Delivery Timelines
- International deliveries may take 15 to 30 business days, subject to customs clearance and local postal services. Delays beyond our control do not entitle you to any remedy beyond replacement.
7. Limitation of Liability
a. General Limitation
- To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, the entity, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and logistics partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., loss of time, profits, or convenience) arising from shipping delays, non-delivery, damage in transit, or any other shipping-related issue, whether based on contract, tort, or otherwise.
- Our liability, if any, is limited to providing a replacement Product as outlined in Section 5, subject to the conditions therein.
b. Third-Party Logistics
- We rely on third-party couriers for shipping and are not responsible for their errors, omissions, delays, or failures (e.g., lost packages, damaged goods). Any claims arising during transit must be addressed with the courier, though we may assist at our discretion.
c. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for shipping delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
8. Miscellaneous
a. Policy Updates
- We may update this Policy at our discretion, with or without notice. The revised version will be posted on the Site with the updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
b. Governing Law
- This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, as per our Terms of Service.
